Responsibilities
- Define the visual style guide for each project.
- Lead and review the design team: characters, environments and props.
- Approve assets in look-dev and give notes on texture and material.
- Work with Lighting so color and mood match the color script.
- Keep the visual identity consistent from concept to final frame.
Requirements
- Art direction experience in animation, games or VFX.
- Strong design portfolio.
- Leadership and review skills.
- Understanding of how 2D design translates to 3D.

- Heritage-based or historical design work.
- Children's book or illustration background.
