Responsibilities
- Set studio strategy, growth targets and the yearly project slate.
- Build partnerships with clients, distributors, festivals and funding bodies.
- Oversee all active projects in Kitsu and step in when a project is at risk.
- Review finances in Odoo with the Accountant and approve major spending.
- Build the team and the studio culture.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a creative studio or production company.
- Strong business, finance and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of animation and VFX production.
- Network in the Saudi and GCC creative industry.
Nice to have
- Experience with Saudi film and cultural funding programs.
- Background in animation or VFX production.
