Responsibilities
- Define the look, tone and story approach for each project, rooted in Arabian heritage.
- Build pitch decks, style frames and mood boards for clients, festivals and funding bodies.
- Review key milestones (design, previs, lighting, final) and keep quality consistent across projects.
- Decide where pipeline-assistive AI tools speed up concept and previs without lowering quality.
- Mentor directors and art leads and grow the studio's creative culture.
Requirements
- Proven creative leadership in animation, VFX or advertising.
- A portfolio of shipped projects with a clear authorial voice.
- Strong presentation and pitching skills.
- Understanding of budgets and schedules and how creative choices affect them.

- Festival or award track record.
- Bilingual Arabic and English writing.
