Responsibilities
- Break the project into pipeline stages and estimate days per department to build the bid.
- Build and own the schedule in Kitsu, from story to delivery.
- Hire and book artists, and balance the team as priorities change.
- Run client reviews, manage feedback rounds and protect scope.
- Track cost against budget in Odoo with the Production Accountant.
Requirements
- Proven experience producing animation, VFX or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of CGI pipeline stages and how long they take.
- Budgeting and scheduling skills.
- Calm, clear communication with clients and remote teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with government or grant-funded productions in the GCC.
- Arabic and English.
