Responsibilities

Set up each project budget in Odoo with cost codes per pipeline stage.
Record costs, invoices and freelancer payments.
Report actual cost against budget every week.
Flag overspending early and suggest corrections.
Close the project with a final cost report.

Requirements

Accounting experience, ideally in production or projects.
Experience with Odoo or a similar ERP.
Strong Excel or Sheets skills.
Knowledge of Saudi VAT and invoicing rules.

Nice to have

Film or media production accounting.
ZATCA e-invoicing experience.
