Responsibilities
- Create and assign tasks in Kitsu and keep statuses current.
- Book review sessions and write clear notes after each one.
- Make sure published files reach the next department on time.
- Track artist availability and leave.
- Prepare daily reports for the Production Manager.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating in a creative production.
- Very organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Good with spreadsheets and tracking tools.
- Friendly, clear communication.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of CGI pipeline terms.
- Kitsu experience.
