Responsibilities
- Turn the master schedule into weekly targets per department.
- Keep Kitsu accurate: tasks, assignments, statuses and versions.
- Run production meetings and follow up on decisions.
- Spot bottlenecks between stages (asset to shot, lighting to comp) and fix them early.
- Report progress and risks to the Producer.
Requirements
- Experience managing production in animation or VFX.
- Strong organization and follow-up.
- Comfort with production tracking tools.
- Clear written communication with a remote team.
Nice to have
- Kitsu or ShotGrid experience.
- Arabic and English.
