Responsibilities
- Build the master schedule from story to delivery with clear milestones.
- Plan artist capacity per week and flag overload early.
- Update the schedule when scope or feedback changes, and show the impact.
- Keep Kitsu dates aligned with the master schedule.
Requirements
- Scheduling experience in film, animation, VFX or a similar project-based industry.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
- Understanding of task dependencies.
- Attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CGI pipeline stage durations.
- Experience with Kitsu, ShotGrid or ftrack.
