Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Color Grader to enhance the visual impact of our projects through expert color correction and grading. The Color Grader will work closely with the postproduction team to ensure that the color treatment aligns with the director’s vision and enhances the narrative and emotional depth of our films and commercials.
Responsibilities:
- Work with digital footage to adjust color, exposure, and contrast to achieve a consistent look across each scene.
- Use color grading tools and software to enhance image quality and ensure visual continuity throughout the project.
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to understand and fulfill the creative vision for projects.
- Develop and apply color grading schemes that enhance the storytelling and mood of the projects.
- Address and fix color-related issues in postproduction, such as color balancing and color mismatches.
- Maintain high standards for image quality and push creative boundaries with visual effects and color enhancement techniques.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in color grading to continually improve the quality and efficiency of workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Color Grader in film, TV, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and expertise in color grading.
- Proficient in color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent visual skills, including a keen eye for detail and color perception.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or a related field is preferred.
