Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that effectively promote our studio's projects and enhance its brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote the studio’s films, commercial ads, and overall brand.

- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance and support.

- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with production timelines and creative directions.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and industry shifts.

- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.

- Enhance brand presence and engage audiences through creative marketing techniques and compelling storytelling.

- Organize promotional events, screenings, and partnerships to increase studio visibility and engagement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the media, entertainment, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
